Philosophy

We find, like women everywhere, when given an opportunity to connect with mutuality and hope, sprits come alive. We all grow as we share our womanly struggles and wisdom.

We do this work using an educational/consultative model. The relationships between ourselves and the women is one of growing trust, connection and mutually shared responsibility and education.

Two Circle of Advisors - one in Boston and the other in Oaxaca - inform all decision-making and program development. This governance model encourages local leadership and deepens relationships among women.
